We are all under pressure to cut back on costs and we decided to ask Utility Watch, as independent experts, to undertake a review of our Telecom Bills. They looked at our current set up, reviewed the contracts and tariffs we had in place, put them into a package and then took that package out to tender on our behalf.
Utility Watch then came back with several options and broke them down to the best three with full explanations as to why they were the best and left the final decision to us.
When we had decided which service provider we wanted to go for, they implemented the whole thing on our behalf.
We found that the whole process needed to be dealt with by someone who knows the industry and what they are talking about. As an Independent Broker and specialists in telecoms, Utility Watch have made the whole process much easier and have saved us much more than if we were to go to tender by ourselves and they took their fees from the providers, so it cost us nothing.
We are now exploring other opportunities with Utility Watch such as loan working solutions, maintenance and hardware.
I would be more than happy to recommend the professional services of Utility Watch to other areas of the NPS who have not yet met with Utility Watch.
